Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

This discussion group will open with a brief presentation on how child protection cases in family court can become entangled with immigration issues and the deportation system. The discussion leader will also highlight tools a holistic defense team can use to leverage the family court system's emphasis on the parent-child relationship and best interests of the child to improve outcomes in the immigration system. Then it's time for your stories, experiences, and struggles with immigration issues. Let's talk this through and come up with some workable solutions.
